The Land Registry has recently amended panel 4 of this form to clarify how many documents should be sent to the Land Registry to prove the death of a joint owner of a property.

The Land Registry will continue to accept the previous edition of the LRDJP form but conveyancing practitioners may prefer to use this latest version of the form immediately.

LRDJP Application to remove from the register the name of a deceased joint proprietor New/Amended
