The UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO) amended TM7 and TM26(I) on 28th February to refer to any related proceedings brought before the Office of Harmonisation for the Internal Market (OHIM).

Although the UKIPO will continue to process current editions of TM7 and TM26(I) until 30th May, intellectual property practitioners may prefer to use the latest versions of TM7 and TM26(I) on receipt.

The UKIPO has also made some minor amendments to the notes on the reverse of Patents Forms PF9A and PF10.

Although the UKIPO will continue to process existing versions of PF9A and PF10, intellectual property practitioners may prefer to use the latest versions of PF9A and PF10 on receipt.

All forms can be used immediately.
