Pursuant to the previous information which was circulated on EFIS 81/2010 in December last year, the Legal Services Commission has now confirmed that the new AF1 form should be used from 7th February.

The processing, validation and payment of claims under the Advocates� Graduated Fee Scheme (AGFS) is being transferred from Her Majesty�s Court Service (HMCS) to the Legal Services Commission (LSC).

More detailed information about how this transfer will operate in different regions of the country can be downloaded from the LSC�s website at www.legalservices.gov.uk.

Please also find available forms CDS11, CDS11_EXPRO and CLSCLAIM1 which have all received macro enhancements and can be used immediately.
