The Licensing Act 2003 (Premises Licenses and Permitted Temporary Activities) (Forms and Notices) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 amend the Licensing Act 2003 (Premises Licences and Club Premises Certificates) Regulations 2005 by amending Licensing forms LIC5, LIC7, LIC12, LIC13 and LIC22 on 1st January 2011.

These changes flow from amendments to section 16 of the Licensing Act 2003 by the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Consequential Amendments No. 2) Order 2010 which came into force on 1st October 2010. In addition, these 2010 Regulations amend the Licensing Act 2003 (Permitted Temporary Activities) (Notices) Regulation 2005 which prescribe Licensing form LIC22.

Licensing practitioners should not use the amended versions of Licensing forms LIC5, LIC7, LIC12, LIC13 and LIC22 before 1st January 2011.
