Companies House has re-worded section 3 and deleted the whole of section 4 on RR06 because there is no legal requirement to include subscriber’s details on RR06.

Companies House has amended section 2 of RT01 to make it clear that a company can be restored to the Register of Companies under section 652 of the Companies Act 1985 as well as under sections 1000 and 1001 of the new 2006 Companies Act.

The amended versions of RR06 and RT01 cannot be used before 1st July.
