Following a recent judgment in the High Court of Justice, the UK Border Agency has amended forms COA, FLR(M) and SET(O) which are available for your immediate use.

FLR(M)	Application for an Extension of Stay in the UK as the Partner of a Person Present and Settled in the UK and for a Biometric Immigration Document	New/Amended
SET(O)	Application for indefinite leave to remain in the UK in one of the categories listed in this form	New/Amended
COA	Application for a certificate of approval for marriage or civil partnership in the UK	New/Amended
