EFIS 47, October 2007 : Adoption

Her Majesty’s Courts Service (HMCS) has made some minor changes to the information requested on A50 for a Placement Order.

In particular, HMCS does not want practitioners to submit information on A50 about an adoption order for an adopted brother or sister which has already been made or applied for.

This form can be used immediately.
