EFIS 2, January 2006 : Civil Procedure

You must login to download the contents of this EFIS.

The Court Service has made some minor amendments to EX160 and its accompanying Notes to take account of the Civil Partnership Act 2004 which came into force on 5th December last year.

Although the current edition of EX160 and Notes can continue to be used where civil partners do not apply for the exemption or remission of court fees, we would recommend that practitioners should use the revised Form and Notes immediately.
