Pursuant to EFIS No. 3 in January 05 when we notified you of a change of fee on these forms, Companies House have made further amendments to these forms by deleting the reference to the old fee payable of �10 which no longer applies.

Please delete SCOM410 from your system(s) as this form has been replaced by COM410. This ensures that form titles are consistent throughout the range.

Finally a minor amendment has also been made to form CON40.
