On EFIS 08/2005 (January 2005), we advised you of certain amendments to the Children Act forms which had been represcribed by the Family Proceedings (Amendment) Rules 2004 and the Family Proceedings Courts (Children Act 1989)(Amendment) Rules 2004 which came into force on 30th January.

The Government has now published the Family Proceedings (Amendment No.2) Rules 2005 and the Family Proceedings Courts (Children Act 1989) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2005 to correct errors made in C1, C1-Flexi , C2 and C2-Flexi . Both sets of rules came into force on 3rd March.

All forms can be used immediately.
