On EFIS No. 21 in June 2000, we supplied you with an updated version of CON29(L) to take account of the new contaminated land regime that was introduced by Part IIA of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.

We have now decided to increase the scope and number of questions raised as part of Enquiry 14 on contaminated land and environmental pollution and the amended form can be used immediately.

By way of background information on this topic, practitioners may like to read an article on page 40 of the Law Society's Gazette dated 29th November 2001.
